It seems it's always a sprint to the finish. I probably need to realize I'm terrible at project time estimation. Which I've inherited from my Dad. When we where kids he'd force us to work for him on his job sites on Saturdays. He was a general contractor so it always involved cleaning up home construction sites. Early Saturday morning he'd drive my brother Brandon and me out to the construction location and drop us off with a trailer to fill with debris which he would the announce would be "a 3 hour job". 8 hours later we were usually still trying to pack everything into the overfilled trailer.
Ahhh the memories.
I spent a very hot and sweaty weekend trying to stuff my own trailer with the following item for Sir Michael's belt:

| Etched brass under plate with steel petal. There are 8 of these(2 for each knighthood). Petal's etched with knighthood order symbol and kingdom he received it from. The enamel just hasn't held up on the test pieces I've done on these. I'll use some paint to inlay the petal. |

It may all be moot as the white leather I ordered has been delayed. My supplier's supplier has been out sick so no leather to work with.
