Blue Enamels

Just one of the many items I've created in the hot box of my garage. These enamels are destined to end up on a crown for a customer. They look pretty snazzy on the crown. My goal is to have the crown complete before Pacwar and I think I may just make it.

After firing, in need of spit and polish.

Michael's Belt

For mE!

I'm finally making something for myself! So it's a new knight's belt. I have to do a joining plate to join two shorter pieces of white leather together for the belt. I had to cut a length from a white leather belt I bought for myself for a commission. So instead of what was going to be a 2" wide belt I now have a 1" belt. But I think I like the 1" more so "Happy Accident"!. Tip is all ready to be etched tomorrow. And buckle design is 90% complete. So this is moving along nicely.

Roughed Out Crown

This test plate is too large for the belt. I'm sizing it down. I really like the look of this one so far. I think I will try a white enamel.

Test Plate for New Belt

This will be for a new knights belt. The top and bottom will be belt over the edges of belt. I considering enameling it. This one is ~1.75" long. The words will be located on the top and bottom edge of the belt with just the shield/hydra on the face of the belt. It's going to be a think 1" belt do to my mistake in ordering the white leather.
